Palm Springs Estates Mobile Home Community

Palm Springs Estates is located in the Eureka Springs area of Fayetteville less than 1 mile from Interstate 295. This community is just a few minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment venues yet is located on a quiet dead end street making this park somewhere anyone would love to call home!  Home re-location assistance is offered for qualified individuals with homes that are in great shape!  Required credit / background report is $39.99 after a quick pre-screening of proof of income but is applied to the first months rent.  Also required up front is a security deposit equal to the monthly rent as well as the 1st month's rent prior to occupying the lot.

Lot Rent: $310-$330  (Rent includes: Sewer service)

​​Trash Pickup – Tenants will be responsible to enroll directly with Cumberland Garbage : 910.483.7100 that is currently servicing the community.  This service runs $24 monthly. Each home will have its own individual toter which is picked up weekly. Additional toters are available upon request, for an additional fee. Bulk trash must be hauled to county dump site or scheduled with the refuse company listed below.

Electric Service – Tenants will be responsible to activate electric service with South River Electric : 910.892.8071

Water Service – Water meter usage will be read on a monthly basis and tenants will be billed for the water usage within their own home each month.
